He uses everything he has got to get the job done. The late nights and obsessive days are normal for him. He is trained in the Meisner technique and incorporates the knowledge he learns from his fellow actors, directors, writers and producers, he is constantly redefining his technique. He is always happy to take on any role, and even more grateful to get on stage. He will interest you.

Roger is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and has trained in any institution that would have him. He was last seen in productions with the wonderful people at Spectral Theatre. Roger is a music fanatic and will engage any poor hapless individual in a musical discussion if it be their choosing. When not acting, he can be seen locked in his apartment drinking and trying to learn the most obscure rock song on guitar. Roger is very excited to be a part of this production and plans to walk the long and winding boulevard of broken dreams when this is all over. Thank you all for watching us!

Melissa grew up in a small town in the interior of BC where she spent most of her time in dance class or on the soccer field. Right after graduating she made the move to Victoria where she attended the University of Victoria to study biology. Acting was always her true passion and so finally in her second year at UVIC she started acting classes at the Screen Actors Studio with David Simmonds and John Emmet Tracy and stayed there for two years. Needless to say, she fell in love and will never be taken seriously again. Currently she is studying at Studio on the Drive with Aaron Craven and has been occupying her time with independent projects that has been an invaluable experience. Permanent is her theatre debut, and a New Years resolution that can be crossed off her list. She believes this is the next step in the developmental process of working on her art.

My love for performing and creating started the moment I stepped into my first dance class at the age of 3. The years of training lead to a diploma in dance from Grant MacEwan College and a professional dance career that eventually lead me from my hometown of Edmonton to beautiful Vancouver in 2004. Since that fateful 12 hour drive west, I have transitioned into acting and expanded my artistic passion.
The past five years of study, working on both theatre and independent film projects, as well as hosting two television series (one on the outdoors and adventure sports..another passion of mine!) have only increased my drive for creating and telling stories. I am thrilled to not only be back working in theatre for the first time since taking time off to travel to Europe and Africa last year, but to have the opportunity to work with such a lovely and talented cast of people!
